All GW affiliates can still search the Himmelfarb Library collection and access Himmelfarb Library electronic full-text articles and books. You do not need to log in to the search tool to access online books and journal articles. If you are not connected to the GW network (either on campus or via the VPN) you may be prompted to log in through the university single sign-on page to access full-text resources.
- Print/physical materials: YES
Gelman/Burns users can also obtain holdings and call number location for items in Himmelfarb Library's print and physical collection. Locate the resource you would like in your home library's catalog and request it through the WRLC loan service. The resource will be delivered to your home library and held at the circulation desk for pickup.
- Physical access to Himmelfarb Library in Ross Hall: NO
If you are not an affiliate of the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Public Health, or School of Nursing, you will not be able to enter Himmelfarb Library with your GWorld card.
